FARES TO PAY IN PLACE:
Elettrical power + gas + water + linen rent (biweekly change) € 30 to person to week

Final Clean: € 32 for appartament (without kitchen)  € 18 cleaning kitchen

CLUB CARD:
Obbligatory, to pay on the spot € 35 for week or fraction Of week,  from 07/06/08 at the 31/08/08, € 24 in the other Periods. It’s incluse the access to the beach, reserved and equipped with sun umbrella and sun chairs, activity of animation for adults and children, raced collective of dance of group Latin-American and arc. The free use of the equipments of the club: swimming pool, solarium with sun chairs and sun umbrella, plays park, tennis.

PENALITY TO PAY IN CASE OF CANCELLING:                                   
10% for comunication effected up to 30 working days before the arrive           
20% for comunication effected up to 29-21 working days before the arrive
50% for comunication effected up to 20-11 working days before the arrive      
75% for comunication effected up to 10-3 workin g days before the arrive       
Morefunds in other case.                                                                                     

AT BOOKING:
30% prepayment, settlment in 30 days before begin of renting.    

DEPOSIT:
€ 150                                                              

GUEST:
Number of guest must never exceed number of places of your flat.  

ANIMALS:
Absolutely no admittence  

COLOR TV:
Possibility  of renting (€ 18 to week)
